Adjustable height platform
This platform was made for my client from medical industry. I created 3D and 2D documentation as per client guidelines. After the customer approval, the device was made. Documentation was made in Solid Works environment.
Shadowboard for tool drawer
My client has needed shadowboard for new parts. I have used grey PVC material for this job. I have made concept of this shadowboard. After approval I have made 3D model and ordered correct material.
Prototype basket for test tubes
This basket was made for chemical laboratory in pharmaceutical industry. I have got only sketch from customer. I have made 3d model and 2d documentation. Welder has made basket exactly as per drawings.
Mini compressor
For my own purposes, I made a compressor from a refrigerator unit. The main idea was to make the quietest possible compressor. Used recycled parts - unit from an old fridge and helium canister.
Sliding carriage
I have made concept of this sliding carriage for a bigger machine. For this device I have used Rexroth linear bearings. After customer approval I have created 2D drawings. Befriended company has made and assembled all parts as per drawings.
Rubble container in 1:2 scale
The container was made as a sculpture - an artistic object. I made it by TIG welding of 2 mm metal sheets. The sculpture was made to order and is currently on display at the Gdansk City Gallery. Link.
Shadowboard for tools
Customer has sent some typical tools. I have created model and .dxf file for Mastercam environment. Finally part was created from grey PVC on a CNC machine.
Adjustable footrest
This footrests were made for workers in chemical laboratory (cleanrooms). All parts were made from high chemical resistance thermoplastics and stainless steel. I have created 3D models, ordered material and maked job card for 20 pieces.
TIG welding trolley
For my own needs I made a trolley for a TIG welder. Due to the small amount of space in the workshop, I was looking for a small cart. Unfortunately, I could not find the perfect trolley so I made it myself. The trolley takes up as little space as possible and is easy to move.
Clocking fixture
Clocking fixture is use to measuring parts in quality department. This device was made from various materials. X axis was made with Bosch rails but Z axis witch Igus rails. Mitutoyo digital clock provides precision measurements. I have made a concept of this unit. After approval I have made full technical documentation. Client were really happy about first prototype and introduced it for measuring department.
Sample mover
This part was made with stainless steel. I have designed this part for an old client machine.
